The Small Animal Imaging Core offers in vivo and ex vivo imaging services utilizing microCT and ultrasound.

Services Available:
µCT services are available for in vivo and ex vivo scanning. Standard scan & analysis for long bones & vertebrae. Customized scanning and analysis available for internal and external customers. Soft tissue staining and analysis.
Ultrasound (VEVO F2, VisualSonics) imaging is currently only available for mice from approved vendors. Services provided include: anatomical/morphological imaging, tumor volume determination, echocardiography, and targeted and non-targeted microbubble imaging, and blood flow quantification.
